Default The Last Leg [Friday's @ 10PM - C4]


I don't think many people on here watch this unfortunately but you should, it's very underrated.

It started out as a late night comedy review show during each day of last year's Paralympics (C4's equivalent of the BBC's 'Olympics Tonight' with Gabby Logan, if you will), but as it was so popular and successful they commissioned a series which aired earlier this year. It has now begun airing its second series (or third if you count the Paralympics) and there's been three episodes so far in its eight week run.

The three guys, comedians Adam Hills and Josh Widdicombe alongside aspiring reporter Alex Brooker are joined each week in the studio by a celebrity guest as they dissect the week's news and answer various 'is it okay?' questions that have been sent in by viewers.

The celebrities guests this series are as follows:

Wed 31st July: Russell Brand
Wed 7th Aug: Micky Flanagan
Wed 14th Aug: Alan Carr
Wed 21st Aug: Gabby Logan
Wed 28th Aug: TBC
Wed 4th Sept: Boris Johnson
Wed 11th or 18th Sept: Jack Whitehall

Adam calling it 'the Ukraine' every time tonight was actually pissing me off as well lol, was funny him knocking over his glass twice tonight though

Glad the show is doing Sochi specials next couple of weeks, although most of it will probably be dumb "Russia hates gays lol" type jokes, they're better at more light hearted stuff than when they try to humorise proper news stories
