I am going to say Rachel due to the fact it was "controversial" at the time when she won.

haha no Rach teaches 8/9/10th grade english and drama and has a boy called Lachlan and is currently pregnant with her second child with Rich (her boyfriend) nice chap

I haven't heard anything from her. Same with the majority of winners, there's only a few I've heard anything about after winning Big Brother.
