Being face to face, they will go for easiest reasons for noms.
The easiest reason being 'Pav is the newbie and therefore least deserving of a final place', so he is def most likely to be up.
Aside from that it will mainly be the old classic 'i love you all but the person i connect with the least is...'
So assuming Pav is the main 1st choice (and with Ashleigh and Helen both given immunity from nominations) i reckon the 2nd choice from HMs will be
