..yeah, I think that's because Helen's personality had fitted with their 'gameplans'..for Mark, he's played the 'jolly chappy/the clown..' but occasionally seen his opportunity to stand up to Helen as a way of gaining popularity..which is why he's never consistent with it as well...he stood up to her that time they rounded on Ashleigh when her conversation were played and I admired him for that but within a blink he himself did the same to Marlon with the press the button thing, which I've never felt comfortable with and haven't felt the same about him since, although I was still reserving judgement...with Ash, he has a 'get along with everyone/top bloke/stay out of trouble/stay under the radar' type gameplan which is why he's always felt he would never be nominated...GOD FORBID, NO..so Helen's strength of personality and being the one who 'took the bullets for all' has been perfect for him because that whole clique has acted badly a lot of the times and certainly in the early days .....


..it's funny in a way though..(so long as you never have a Helen in your life for real..)...Helen is such an OTT comical caricature of herself...

Lol.Yeah,She admits to being a bitch but if anyone else confirms that fact then she does'nt like it at all.The Mark/Ash plan you mention does'nt really work out well for them though,It's not well thought out,They don't see how even being aligned with Helen in itself makes them look terrible.
