Odds are partly decided by bookmaker and partly by money being placed. Winston has the lowest amount of money being placed on him, which leads to longer odds. That doesn't mean that people are not voting him out, it only means that people are not putting money on him being voted out. Ash was 1/20 to go because people betting heavily that he would go and he stayed because most were voting Matthew out.
