Unless they got in replacement housemates of course. That close to the final I don't think they would and hence would declare Winston the winner and give him the Ł100,000.

Meaning they would still have to declare a winner not that they would continue with the show but luckily it's the final week anyway so would of been much worse if it happened mid-season.
