Pretty exaggerated statement. Being argumentative for the first 4-5 weeks doesn't mean she was bullying housemates.

Some of her behaviour towards Jale in week 1 and 2 was bullying, no doubt about it, but the vast majority of her behaviour has involved arguing with people who have thrown it back at her. That's not bullying, it's being hot headed.
