They both are for different reasons. Ashleigh has been at loggerheads with Helen purely because she doesn't like the behaviour shown and her vitriolic attitude to some housemates. Helen is equally obsessed with Ashleigh for different reasons...Helen has become obsessed with Ashleigh because she recognises that Ashleigh can hold her own in a more controlled way..and she cannot understand that Ashleigh, although equally bitchy is favoured by the public.
Helen is hugely jealous of Ashleigh because equally a bitch, Ashleigh is more tactical...and of course is young and attractive. Helen is much more bitter and Ashleigh holds the moral high ground in comparison..
