Whilst Helen has been far more domineering, feared and nasty.. During the first 4 weeks anyway, since then they've been pretty much as bad as eachother when it comes to being bitchy

That's just it though...you cannot confront Helen because she has an inability to discuss/argue a point...she just starts name-calling then tells you to 'shut the **** up'...she is someone who cannot listen because she is illiterate and stupid.
