..atm I wouldn't really mind if she won but it's early days though..I don't know what her fee for this is and regardless of whether she wins or not, she'll get some publicity stuff and earn more...she was on benefits and was 'hated' for it..?..this will effect that so she won't be able to claim so she's done something to change that...I like her...

found guilty by birmingham crown court of stealing Ł13,000. some of this money belonged to vunerable people. she was given an 8 month jail sentence suspended for 18 months, and ordered to do 220 hours unpaid work. case proved. would be interesting to find out, if she ever completed her 220 hours.

Same could have been said for Helen ,she needed to put food on the table for her boy,but she was judged on her past a lot.

Do you honestly think that Helen was paying taxes on her "immoral earnings"? Dee has paid her debt to society and deserves another chance. For those who didn't watch Benefits Street she was extremely kind and caring looking after others who were more vulnerable than herself - exactly as she has been in the house. I hope she wins.

In what way? If you are talking about tourism there is zero evidence that London would lose visitors without a Monarchy. It hasn't done Paris any harm has it? I'd stick Harry Hewitt on the throne at least he has earned his keep a bit and served his country and has a bit of personality. (failing that he'd make a fantastic Housemate)

The Royal families private lands/businesses generate millions upon millions above what they are paid from the government (I think it's about 50p per taxpayer a year), the majority of their money is then paid into the treasury.

The Royals keep a very small percentage of their own earnings.

They generate and pay into the country a hell of a lot more than they take. The Crown Estate is no longer owned by the Royals and makes 200+ million a year for the treasury.
