Oh so anyone who is going through anything that affects them emotionally or difficulty dealing with their lifestyle or accepting things etc have self inflicted this? I don't agree with that statement at all. There are people dealing with all kinds of things that are out of their control and leads them to sad dark times in their lives. I would not consider this self inflicted. And dealing with these different difficult times can also be deemed as brave.
