Speaking of nuances, don't you think there are more to nominations than people genuinely picking the two they dislike most? Especially face to face nominations. Examples:

I'm not saying any of these are reasons that I believe affected nominations, and just picked Gary and James as easy examples. I'm just highlighting that nominations aren't as simple as picking who they like least.

I thought it was likely Gary would be heavily nominated before the series even started. Did you watch celeb apprentice USA? He drove them all up the wall on it as well .
