This is exactly what I thought. She is the first "say it how it is/don't care what others think" character I've liked in a while because she's the only one who actually does. She's never really nasty or anything either, just a bit mental. The ripping up his boxers thing was out of line but otherwise she's just straight to the point without going too far. Great housemate! And one of the few that didn't seem to jump on the Gary-hate bandwagon.
