These averages really don't make sense to me sometimes, surely if a show was getting higher ratings each night the running average should be higher?

Ah, I was speaking about its series official average, it should be noted that both CBB10 and CBB12 declined rapidly after the first week. CBB12 averaged 2.50m in the first week, yes, but that was slightly boosted by a much higher official launch rating, CBB12 then fell to around a 2.1m official, didn't it?

I know, I shouldn't compare this first week with the whole series of CBB10 and CBB12, but it gives us ground to work with.

As for the missing +1 rating, Tuesday got 2.16m.

So, we have:

Mon: 2.75M
Tue: 2.16M
Wed: 2.39M
Thu: 2.29M
Fri: 2.34M
Sat: 2.03M
Sun: 2.28M
