Whats the deal with all those peppermint teabags and no normal tea bags? who on earth drinks peppermint tea in there

To be fair, I am a huge coffee drinker but I have peppermint tea every now and then, it's good for stomach ache and tastes decent, with all the ill people in there, and possibly a bug? It's probably why they ordered it.
