I think its vote to save that got Frenchy. People pile in votes for others because they think it will it will put them above others they dont like and it skews the result. Like throwing Kellie votes to get ricci out while others throw ricci votes to get Kelli out. If people just stuck to voting favourites instead of trying to be tactical it wouldn't happen. If it had been vote to evict I dont think she would have gone.

Trying to vote tactical with vote to save will never work and will always end in the wrong person going.

..yeah, although there are always housemates I don't like, I could never dislike someone enough to feel I would want to spend money on someone who wasn't a favourite just to try to get them more votes over another housemate I liked less..(that made sense in my head....)...

I don't think it is so complicated. Frenchy went because she didn't have a UK fanbase before she went into the house, unlike lauren ricci and even stephanie, who have recently been in reality TV shows, kellie who's recently been in the papers and Gary who's an ex hollywood star.

I really believe that Frenchy went for one reason only - when she threw the meal in the bin after Gary had asked if he could have it. This alienated Gary fans.

There are mitigating factors behind her other errant behaviour;
Leslie & co exploded against her after she 'quietly' fumbled among her cosmetics at dawn prior to showering, yet nothing was said to Ricci & co for the noise they made in the early hours which culminated in Ricci actually getting in Gary's bed and waking him, followed by more noise and loud laughter from them in self appreciation at their ignorant & thoughtless juvenile prank. Subsequently, we learn from George's 2 nominations that he too regularly awakens other HM's from their sleep by being loud and noisy in the wee small hours. As Frenchy was trying to be quiet, and as she was picked on, she can be forgiven her angry outburst and romp through the bedroom. Even though she went too far in cutting up Leslie's shorts, he had been very vitriolic towards her whilst saying nothing to Ricci, George and James for their transgressions. There was even a (hidden) reason why Frenchy threw the food down on the floor; she is a vegetarian and only able to eat certain of the rations, yet despite knowing this, some of the other HM's ate that very food, leaving her with even less to eat than normal. Although her reaction was juvenile, it is understandable that she did react, and there is more than a sneaking suspicion that certain HM's deliberately ate her food to provoke just such a reaction from her.

As these incidents were older than the throwing the meal away one, and as they did not result in Frenchy being evicted, I can only summise that it was the latter incident which sealed her fate. It is a great shame as I do not believe that she was being anything but herself, and she was a very entertaining housemate - unlike boring Ricci and Stephanie.

No, I am a Gary fan and she certainly didnt annoy me, I loved her and was sorry to see her go. My one regret is that other than Gary, I voted for Kellie because I wanted Ricci to go. Now to all intents and purposes as per Oddschecker, it should have been one of them, Frenchy looked pretty safe. I should have just voted for Gary and Frenchy and I am willing to bet that many made the same mistake. Am now only going to vote for Gary and not get caught again.
