well you know how it is when you deliberately don't wear a helmet years ago so you can get brain damage in an accident and suffer from deafness - undergo several months learning to walk and talk again - and inject cancer cells into your body just so you can develop cancer and have more brain surgery - and all just so you can con everyone into thinking you're hard done by in a reality tv show years later

Yes, you're right - it's all been one clever act - if only I had realised he isn't a deaf and vulnerable elderly old man who has suffered brain damage at all but actually the greatest con artist of all time. Silly me!
