Before the naysayers jump in, of course Gary shouldn't have taken his pants down in a public room but it clearly shows that his filters are a little off due to his health problems. Personally I'd have had a good laugh about it but I'm not prudish in any way. When you've seen one you've seen them all really.

Perhaps with the apology she is starting to realise that Gary does have some difficulties rather than thinking it is all deliberate.
