The act of bullying can be cowardly. Some bullies pick on those they perceive to be weaker than themselves. You claimed that all bullies are cowards. That is the statement you made that I said is not true. It's completely irrational and defies reason.

So every single person who is a bully "is not brave or courageous"? Every person who is a bully "lacks the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things"?

If even one bully on the planet isn't "a coward", then you're wrong and all bullies aren't cowards. Also, I'm not interested in trying to quantify how many bullies are cowards. It may be most bullies, it may be 50%, it may be 20%. Regardless, it certainly is not 100%.
