To be fair, you did say in your first post that she was looking scarily thin. I think she looks pretty, and as I said before, I really think the dark hair suits her, but she is looking thin.

And if, as you say, she is losing weight, and she doesn't know why, then it would certainly be better advice for her to see a doctor, rather than to have a boob job.
