Interesting thread. This CBB has shown the best and worst human behaviours from some HMs.So its not surprising that some members of this forum could be deemed to have been OTT with things they have posted.

I don't know about you guys but when I start a thread its because I am genuinely interested in getting a response and reading other members reasoned thoughts on the subject and I feel there is a better chance of this happening if we remember that its not what we say but how we present it which counts, not only about the HMs but in our interactions with each other.

I have enjoyed sharing with the vast majority on here and on the very few occasions when this has not been so I ignore.

Also wise words. I think there has been name calling on all sides which can escalate with retaliation. I've always tried to state the truth as I've seen it on the show but I do confess to throwing in some insufferable twats and nasty bitch comments about James and Dee. Sometimes it is hard to contain your temper when behaviour is so bad you can barely believe what you are watching then you come to talk about and someone condones what you find abhorrant. I guess people just need an outlet to vent sometimes.

Some posters do tend to and are bound to get carried away during reality shows when they give their support to contestants, see stuff going on, and can't intervene, so it just can get so frustrating and the producers push the right buttons and probably love our reactions, which is why and I can only speak for myself I tend to cut other posters some slack unless I think they are verging into libel territory and try to repond to their posts in as respectful a manner as I can and even try to ingest some humour into posts if I can whilst also trying to get points across about what I interpret about contestants.

We have every right to scrutinise contestants and what we see as going on in that house, but think we just have to realise some posters do get overly emotionally involved in such shows and do realise that themselves, so I don't give others a hard time I hope. It's like a school tiff in the playground and we are all buddies again the following week
