Agree with this.
Freshly squeezed lemon in warm water. Try to reduce sugar intake as sugar suppresses the immune system. Vitamin C 1000mg a day (when i was really poorly i took 3000mg a day and it really helped) Veggie juice, and warming homemade soup, with garlic and onion added. Don't forget plenty of room temperature water.
