Mine was David Bowie's Ashes to ashes. Not too keen on him, but on my 18th birthday the number 1 was Boyzone's No matter what. Now that's a lot better, I adore that song!

The UK number 1 on my birthday was 'Don't Leave Me This Way' by The Communards. To be honest, I don't think I've ever heard that song...

But my US number I did recognise: 'Stuck On You' by Huey Lewis and the News. It's a nice band.

Hanna, who really should be studying at the moment...

Now I really feel old.
No charts when I was born.
All I can say is that I grew up to "ROCK AND ROLL"

Mine were:

UK - Xanadu, by Olivia Newton-John and the Electric Light Orchestra.

US - It's Still Rock 'N' Roll To Me, by Billy Joel

I like Xanadu, but I've forgotten what the Billy Joel one sounds like...it's probably quite good tho'

I feel old because I can remember everyone of the songs named above. I was born in the 60s so probably something from either 'The beatles', 'Elvis Presley' or 'The Rolling Stones'
