It would be good if Big Brother did allow a disabled person in the house as they havent done it before and it would be wrong if they discriminated a disabled person just because they was in a wheelchair. So I hope they do bring a disabled person in the house and prove Big Brother treats all people regardless of their disability.
There is always an aspect of people getting the sympathy vote and I cannot see it changing if someone in a wheelchair went in.

Its not discrimination putting someone who is in a wheelchair in the house. Its the other way around if Big Brother sees someone is in a wheelchair then they elimnate them from the list like that. thats REAL discrimination. And I hope Big Brother proves to us all and puts someone in the house who is in a wheelchair.

Hi all, another newbie joins the ranks!

I've been looking at all the pics that have been posted and I'm inclined to think there may well be a wheelchair housemate this season!

These are my reasons:
1. the house is very open-plan with very few obstacles or raised areas.
2. there are two ramps at the kitchen area.
3. rumours of a lift.
4. the bath has lots of space around it - for access?
5. the pool apparently extends into the living area making it a bit easier to get in and out of.
6. the doors look wider than usual but maybe that's just the angle of the pics?

If you look at these pics again you'll see the size of the dairy room door and also the ramps:

It IS discrimintation if they put a disabled person in if they do not have a good personality, like I said. Whether it's positive or negative discrimination, it is still discrimination.

The ramps to the kitchen are not actually wheelchair-friendly, as they do not provide the space for a wheelchair to turn. I'm pretty sure there won't be one this year.

Kerry didn't win because she was awful; it seemed clear to me that the only reason she made it to the live rounds was because of her wheelchair.

the door is the whole thing, i would hate a disabled house mate, unless they were evil and certain not to win. there is a light above it but there never usually is above the bedroom, and the diary room door is red. what is it that is not the bedroom behind that door, is there two diary rooms, oohhhhhh. it is off the living space but that door is not where the bedroom door used to be, what is behind THAT door???

i would love that to be something suspicious

the bedroom door is not that into a corner, this house, i think, is based on some sort of laberinth there are secrets everywhere and they are neither coincidental or a design feature, that is not the bedroom, we have seen the colors scheme in the ads and it is all red, there is no red behind that window
