If I sleep early I wake in the middle of the night or I am extremely tired. I have more energy in the morning when I sleep late.

..I think the fact that you're still awake is telling you that you're probably not chilled enough to sleep anyway so would probably just be restless and that mean make even less sleep to try to force it...I hate it when you're not quite ready for sleep and just toss and turn for hours...

Being called racist by some dickhead at a BT when during a conversation I asked him why it was that all their billing centres responsible for receiving payments were in the UK where everyone spoke perfectly understandable English, yet all the centres for help were based abroad where you had calls sometimes answered by people whom you just could not understand.

We had a ding-dong row and he actually put the phone down on me. I actually complained about him, and told them I wasn't being racist I was just stating a fact. They apologised.

I am against driverless tubes.If there's a technical fault it's instant death under there. At least on the dlr you can break the window and jump for your life.
