I'm sure that the only reason Jay's so high up was because he was the last act to perform on the show, and not really to do with him as a performer. I know it sounds fickle (much like the general voting public tbh), but Jay was 8th (out of the contestants, not actually with the 8th most downloaded track) in terms of iTunes downloads last week. And then suddenly he goes all the way up to first without much progression? It's the only reason I can think of.

I was kinda hoping that after 11 series that the public would like more interesting acts, the same is happening with TXFAUS with Dean looking set to finish 3rd, and Reigan coming 4th for being an attractive Over, while Marlisa and Brothers3 (who are the worst) seem to be the most popular.

The publics taste in Music can be very disturbing sometimes.
