Yes they are Criminals
but HSBC, RBS etc
let them off.

[RBS, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, UBS and Citibank fined in UK and U.S.
Barclays bank will also be fined but it is still negotiating its punishment]

This why nothing has changed
