I think Jen is doing a Jorgie - leaving and then returning 8 or so months later. Jorgie left in November (Theresa departed in January) and came back in June (Theresa came back in August), maybe that's what Jen is going to do. Nicole Barbara Lane (Myra) also did this, but was off screen for a year. I bet she's hoping and praying the producer leaves in that time, he's awful.

I think it's fine, you could say it for Carmel/Tina - both sisters, both died in explosions or anything, they're not being used for the exact same story and I'd imagine considering how fast paced things are in Hollyoaks now, Grace's fall won't even be remembered by next Friday.
