The whole unbroken run of 18 wasted years before the 13 years of Labour either Kizzy, which actually was the main reason for the loss of industrial heartlands and communities, and the start of the greedy companies who bought the energy utilities cheaply and then set out to begin charging the earth to their customers over time.
