The show has past its prime now. It's much better to win and be guaranteed a hit or two than to lose the show and risk not even being signed.

Girl groups and boybands can sell very easily, me or you could make them types of groups successful and we're just the average joe on the street.

Sam Bailey hasn't exactly set the world on fire, Luke and Tamera will be much bigger when they release their material next year.

James Arthur bombed and he should've been a success considering he was talented and contemporary.

I was actually not even intending this to start off as a thread about how Fleur was way more pimped than Lauren because she was in Simon's category, in fact I was trying to help her fans as they obviously want to see her release good Music and being successful, but if you want her stuck in the 80's/90's and tank after her winners single and make Lauren the only success story in the charts after the series is over then that's upto you I guess.

The only way the winners will start being successful now is for Simon to start appreciating talented and contempary artists on the show, and also stop making everybodys fans start turning on each other as whoever wins then has half the audience in outrage at their victory, he especially did it this year by the time we had hit the top 7 or 8.

Realistically Fleur is the only person that will probably do really well beyond the show. Whether she wins or not, she fits in with the music industry here really well and will no doubt be a success.

Ben I cannot see getting anywhere (although I do like him). Andrea won't get anywhere in the UK, maybe a mothers day album or something like that will get some low key interest. If he gets taken on by the right record label I can see him being shipped to America, he fits in far more with their music culture and I could imagine him being a massive hit there.

well you do come across bitter and nobody attacked you atall so it looks as though you can dish it out but cant take it , we're all on here discussing the show

im pretty sure if Lauren was the most talked about on this forum and praised like how Fleur is being praised then you would prefer it and you'd be happier
