Hopkins is a wimp and just says what she knows will get a reaction in her TV interviews.
Anyone who thinks she's that "honest" and "frank" in her day to day life is deluded. Not to mention she doesn't actually believe 90% of the crap she spews, she contradicts herself so much.
When faced with living with a bunch of people for 5 weeks she wouldn't be anywhere near as rude. If she did, she'd soon drop it within the first week.
