It seems they are building a team of people who focus on diferent subjects like he is an "expert" on dating according to his Twitter profile.

These new people all say they are joining the new BB team of experts.

What I take from that is they are panelists or guests who will be invited to give their opinions on their specialist subjects.

I don't think any of these people are going to be presenters ect those positions are safe.
