I don't think he was blaming her, he was just advising her to be a bit more careful and not be so naive as to getting herself into a compromising situation with a stranger, he followed it up by asking the group about their opinion of Jeremy, as it was clear from early on that some if not all the HMs were comfortable with Jeremy's antics. No different to Alexander advising her not get undressed in front of the guys imo.
