They dislike her just as much as she dislikes them and, from what I remember, she's chased them up for arguments just as much as they have.

I wouldn't say Alicia is being bullied, consider how Perez treats people and how Cami Li treats Alicia and there's a huge difference. Perez is a bully, Alicia and Cami have a mutual dislike for each other, Perez goes out of his way to make people feel miserable and belittled.
