Its not a shame as the american one isnt BB as the show was made as a social experiment where viewers decide who stay who goes and who wins

Actually I think the American format is more true of a social experiment, since the viewers aren't the ones living in the house and understanding the dynamics. Once you add a public vote and let them alter house events instead of letting them play out naturally that's not really as much of a social experiment as it could be is it?
