I can not even start to understand how you think a sexual assault on a woman is the lesser the crime compared with what Perez did which did not involved anyone else.
Yes before anyone disagrees I do think pulling on someone clothes to reveal their breasts is an assault and before you say its not consider how you would feel if it was done to your mother!
