You can't 'buy' babies, that is illegal.. I'd imagine that he probably paid for the woman's health care during the pregnancy, but he is the child's biological father, you can't deem him to be a bad parent based on what you see on a TV show, where he is blatantly playing a character to try to be 'entertaining'

Why can't we just stick to discussing people as housemates rather then getting uber personal and bringing their parenting skills into question, jesus christ.
