She hasn't been bullying in the house but she has been harassing in a threatening way at times, no matter her provocation,that's where I stop being fair in any way as to her.

She is however an on paper bully, because she uses her privileged time and writing in her career to pick on people who are weaker, more vulnerable and far poorer than her with not a single piece of compassion or understanding from her for them.
People who also haven't the means at all to address her verbal assaults and put downs of them so she knows they cannot fight back either really.

That is as pretty near to a bullying nature you can likely get.
So, no I haven't forgotten her very and totally uncalled for public nasty side at all.

She's using bullying by proxy. She's making accusations and statements that may entice bullying from the general public. She's a keyboard warrior. One of the easiest forms of journalism is "commentary". Most journalists who write commentary do their research which enables them to write in context and add value to a piece. KH took an even easier route of "Observe journalism" which takes no research and therefore holds no value other than gaining support from those who think like she does. Unfortunately her supporters justify her views and so she could be seen as enticing bullying.

I wonder if she's an NUJ member because she would definitely be in breach of the NUJ code of practice.

Do you not consider that going up to someone and repetitively, without any provocation, calling them outright dumb is at least a mild case of bullying? If not what was the purpose of constantly reiterating that same 'opinion' over and over again? It's aim was too belittle, humiliate and most of all to get a cheap laugh out of the viewing audience. All calculated, no 'honesty' about it.

Do you just go up to random people and call them dumb? No, as you'd get a wallop.

Its not about speaking your mind, its about writing something to a mass audience with no come back. If she went out on the street and told the working classes that they were all unintelligent; if she stopped a fat person and told them they were lazy, she would be pressing charges on people for ABH. Hopkins is a troll so she can sit in the comforts of her office chair and voice what she thinks in the knowledge that the only sting comes from her tail.

In the house she has voiced her opinions to people she deems weaker than herself. That isn't big of her, its not tough and most would see it as cowardly. She's incredibly careful what she says to those who she considers stronger characters.

I would love to talk to Katie Hopkins face to face but I don't have that luxury. I would love to ask Katie Hopkins why she believes working class people are unintelligent? what's her research on that? where did that view come from? and did she agree that most working class people can't afford the same privileged education she had? I would love to put her on the spot and have her give me some intelligent answers but because she's a person who speaks without reason, I doubt she could answer any of my questions.

Because opinion and being forthright is not slander or against the law. I watched the apprentice and saw no bullying just a stronger case against weaker opponents.

I didn't see any bullying from Hopkins in the apprentice house. I also didn't see her as a strong candidate though and she knew she was up against some stronger people; that's why she left early. One thing that stands out about Hopkins is, she can't ever afford to lose and that's why she says very little about herself in the BB house. Information can be used as a weapon and as far as Hopkins is concerned, the less they know, the less ammunition they will have.

Well said Richard but I have to say, I don't find what they say offensive, just ignorant. We can all cause a cluster f-ck online; we are all capable of trolling or being a keyboard warrior if we are that way minded but unless we have an entire back up team, we will only ever reach out to a very small audience. Hopkins and Parez really are no different to all the other people who regularly offend others on social networking sites, the only difference is, they both have a financial support system behind them.

If it was possible to sit with Katie and talk about them one to one,I am sure there would be some reasonable cause for what she says,I don't think you should take what she says literally,but we are all different in our take on things.

IF Katie is saying something different when I'm one on one as opposed with cameras and millions of people watching then I stand by my conclusion of her as a fake. I thought she was supposed to be honest? Thats not very honest at all IMO.
