So even if some of us Perez fans don't agree with BB messing about with noms, the end result won't effect us too much as we are just making the most of his antics whilst he is still in there.

If he gets put up at each eviction, then that will surely mean he won't have to be nommed there? leaving it open for extra noms for another housemate

BB will ignore the poll vote and choose whatever result suits them. I have just checked the T&C and the poll vote on the app has no guarantee. They can choose to ignore any app votes they wish at anytime for any reason and they don't have to disclose this.

There is a big difference between the PAID eviction vote, which is monitored and the FREE poll vote which is not.

So it's quite probable it could apply to any poll results on their site then like the ones given to the housemates re their task.

why would BB care what the result is and therefore have a reason to want to fix it.

With the other housemates that are there, perez was going to make the final anyway, all they needed to makes sure was that there was some fodder also up each week with him .. easy enough to do

If he gets a pass to the final, they lose the votes to save him, and also the extra votes other housemates wold have gotten being up against him

All they are doing is adding a twist for the sake of it

As someone who is related to someone that actually does this design and mediation for a living, he said you are mistaken. predominantly its only a bit of fun, but fee apps that can be used, with no payment, are only controlled by the purchaser and to make matters worse, it is quite easy to acquire a rapid fire app voter which can rack up shed loads of hits in a heartbeat, so its all a gimmick in their favour.

To make it a fraudulent transaction, the user will need to agree to terms and conditions. Free apps are a free service entity and hold no call or recourse on the user and the controller is entitled to do as he wishes with the balloted results. Lies or truth are unprovable unless profit or promise is involved.
