If it helps I have heard Patsy and Cami say Chola, I looked it up and it is not a racist word, well no more than Geordie or Scouse is.

Perez forced Big Brother's hand with Alex (and Jeremy to an extent)
by using the magic phrase, "I don't feel safe."

When that phrased is used repeatedly, Big Brother is left with no choice but
to remove someone who is making others feel uncomfortable.

There was more to it than Perez saying he didn't feel safe. Alexander had issues that have never been disclosed. His departure was very swift and BB might have had a good reason to do this.

I have my suspicions but like Nadia, prefer to remain tight lipped on it.
