I personally think Michelle is just thinking of her end game now. She did not receive any votes from the housemates and she wants to keep it that way. Also notice, that while she was talking up Pricey she was still defending Hopkins by saying things like, "Hopkins would be proud of you too" or "That's just a defense mechanism she has", etc.
Michelle hasn't moved off of Hopkins or come to any realization about her...she just wants to make sure that none of the housemates have a problem with her (Michelle) so she can get to the end.
