Definitely not, but there is sexual assault in the world, and maybe those people can't control themselves, the people who do this are scumbags, and deserve the most severe of punishments, but i wouldn't put Perez as a person who has sexually assaulted anyone.

Have you never seen a face off of "do you want a piece of me????? well do ya???? Come on then!"

That's all it was, i was bought up in the 70's/80's, there was always peacocking at my school, yes Perez said it in a sexual way, but lets face it, it was an empty threat, and i have had many of those in my life!

Which is probably why i wasn't shocked by it, but my daughters would have been horrified and that's probably because they haven't had the same life experiences as me, it was not acceptable what he said but he would never have literally meant it.
