I just thought she was really unpleasant, and people treated her like a hero for acting like a complete bitch. And she clearly put on an attention-seeking routine whenever she was being OTT in the Diary Room.

She's also a massive hypocrite. She treated people like ****, yet she always went on about other people being "really really" horrible. Oh, and when Zoe made the Tesco comments last year, she branded her a snob on Twitter even though she made snobby comments about Primark.

(And no, I don't follow her on Twitter, I'd heard there was some Twitter drama going on and I'm nosey so I ventured into the dark abyss known as her Twitter. *shudder*).
