He is showing us he can reach us very easily if he so chooses and testing our reactions.
He is'nt just doing it to us either but other European countries.
It's a little more than a coincidence don't you think that it's happened twice in the last couple of months that we know about and a Russian warship had to be escorted out of the channel recently by our navy.

Do you think these pilots and captains are that stupid that they just get lost and just happen to end up in our territory?
Of course not,They are extremely well trained and know exactly what they are doing.
