Yes, but itīs still quite "pathetic" to lose to 7 other housemates in your first vote, when there were plenty of other choices/nominees (to be evicted) available.

Also she (and Matthew) made a mistake of choosing to save Steven instead of Danielle from eviction. Danielle would have chosen Matthew to face eviction instead of Toya.

Also she said the magic words (or something along the lines of): "I want to go home" which further strengthened her demise.

And tbf, there are at least two housemates in this series who deserve any or more "justice" than Toya ever will. She at least got a public vote and a 1/8 chance (discounting popularity and other factors) to stay as opposed to some others.
