The video avatars are always going to be a large file size, but just because this forum doesn't allow a large file size doesn't mean it's not an avatar. Other forums allow larger file sizes.

The avatar competition isn't limited to avatars that meet the requirements of this forum.

I browse on my iPad, and sizes seem a lot different when I'm on my ipad compared to the laptop. So in regards to the still ones that are large in size I'm unsure as I haven't looked on my laptop yet.

Since your the host... I would say it is down to you to set or not set parameters for the avatars in your competition. If you choose to set the sizes to ones that will work on TiBB... then we will comply.

It takes 30 sec to resize a gif or jpg online anyways
