Did anyone here ever watch the Canadian comedy sketch "Kids in the Hall"?

They had a "girl drink drunk" sketch that reminds me of this moment

No it's the one you have to do through a pharmacy. The shakes come in Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry and you basically stop eating and the shakes make your body go into something called kistosis and you drop loads of weight - after two weeks you can swap a shake for a peanut flapjack but they are GROSS.

I stayed on it for 4 weeks and lost almost 2 stone and my mum stayed on it for 7 weeks and lost 3 and a bit stone.

No it's not, you eat no food at all until week 3 so your body goes into kistosis and weight drops off you it's like Ł35 a week but hey its cheaper than buying food every day

It is hard, I had to stop because I felt sick. I relied on water to curb my appitite.

Chia seeds are great on diets, you literally put them with your food and when they're in your stomach they swell and make you feel fuller. I have them with tomato soup for my tea and im always full after and dont feel like snacking at like 9pm

I've been losing weight by eating as little as possible (whilst still making sure I'm full) and working out a minimum of 20 minutes a day, recently an hour.

I've been eating a lot of salads etc. too

3 a day if I remember correctly, breakfast - lunch - dinner and between you are meant to drink water. Mine was a lower intake because I was just turned 15 when I did it, i think i had to drink 1 litre at least and my mum had to drink 2 litres
