Actually Simon and ITV took Kate Thornton's job from her (and rightfully so, she was awful), it has become his show and he has perfected the role of talent show host in a way that no one else is as good as

Surely it wont be Emma replacing Dermot. It would just look strange if Simon poached the current presenter of the voice an ex presenter of the Voice? - maybe - so I wouldn't rule out Holly Willoughby. Also Dermot and Emma are roughly the same age so cant see how she's be a fresher face. Fearne wont do it cuz I dont know if any one remembers when Fearne presented Xtra factor; I dont think she and Simon get on all that well. I d say they dont like each at all. It was obvious from the way they were on screen.

Unless Holly does it I cant see who is the fave but then Simon did bring back Cheryl so he's been making odd decision for the past few years on XF

I think Olly will get it, but Greg James isn't a bad shout to whoever said that. I don't know if it's the type of thing he would do though
