Yeah same here. My dad passed in November and I drew a lot of parallels from it.

This could be amazing..I think Vincent could be her biological son? Having foster children could introduce all types of characters into the square!

Roxy and Charlie just doesn't work.
Aleks and Roxy/Ronnie and Charlie was rushed enough as it is without us having to buy them both falling in love. Stupid storyline. |

What a waste of a character.
And Roxy, all they ever give her is "falling in love with someone else's husband" stories. I hope Ronnie destroys her.

Aleks clocking slaggy Roxy
![]() Such a stupid story - Charlie and Ronnie were a brilliant couple. Now we're supposed to believe that Charlie would start shagging Roxy whilst Ronnie is in a coma?

the fact these are quite new characters means we have no long connection with them - this is why there story lines have meaningless impact.
that is what EE is lacking - decent long lasting actors and actress - then just then the story lines might be more believable. |

![]() In terms of long serving characters, I think there has to be the right balance. Coronation Street tends to hold on to too many of the same faces for way too long. And before the Carter's arrived, EE was stale with the same boring characters doing the same boring things. New blood is vital IMO. Last edited by Marsh.; 16-04-2015 at 01:29 PM. |

Oh no.
They're going to work around this by saying Ronnie doesn't really love Charlie either and she'll end up ****ing Vincent once her legs are working again.
