..if they had diplomatic immunity and weren't charged or tried then how would those vigilantes know for sure they were guilty of that murder...so no really, it wouldn't be justice, it would be murder...

..well it would be murder anyway even if they had committed the crime but you know what I mean...

However if somebody did something to one of my family and i knew who it was then this would go out the window tbh.
